Data Deletion

BrandyBee respects your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and associated information at any time.

This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what information we may need, and what you can expect from the process.

1. How to request deletion

Option A: Through your account

If you can still access your BrandyBee account, you can begin the deletion process from your account settings. Follow the path Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Option B: By email

If you cannot access your account or prefer to submit the request manually, please send your request to support@brandybee.ai. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment card details, or other secrets by email. We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account before processing a request.

2. What to include in your request

To help us process your request securely and efficiently, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • The full name associated with your BrandyBee account.
  • The email address used for registration.
  • Whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data removed.
  • Any additional context that may help us identify the relevant account or workspace.

3. What will be deleted

After your request is verified, we will schedule your account for deletion. During the restore period, your account is deactivated but may be restored if you sign in and cancel the deletion request. After the restore period ends, we will delete or anonymize account-associated personal data except limited records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

  • Account profile and login credentials.
  • Brand profiles and associated brand-analysis data.
  • Generated content such as product descriptions, creatives, generated images or videos, and related outputs.
  • Connected store data and related product information stored within BrandyBee.
  • Connected Facebook Page, Instagram Business, and Meta ad account records, including access tokens, platform identifiers, drafts, scheduled posts, published post records, and analytics received from Meta where stored by BrandyBee.
  • User preferences and in-product history tied to the account.

4. What may be retained

In limited cases, certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, security, or operational reasons.

  • Billing and payment records where retention is required by tax or financial regulations.
  • Compliance-related records required to resolve disputes, detect abuse, or meet legal obligations.
  • Security logs and support records for a limited period where needed to protect the Services, investigate issues, or respond to lawful requests.
  • Backups until they are deleted or overwritten under normal backup rotation schedules.
  • Aggregated and anonymized statistics that can no longer be linked to you or your account.

5. Processing timeline

  • We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days.
  • In-app deletion requests include a 30-day restore period before hard deletion unless a different period is shown in the product. During that period, you may sign in and cancel the request.
  • We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days after the applicable verification and restore period.
  • If the request is unusually complex, we may need additional time and will let you know.

6. Third-party services

Deleting your BrandyBee account does not automatically delete data held by third-party services you may have connected, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or payment processors.

You may need to manage or remove your data separately within those services under their own policies and tools.

For Meta integrations, you can also remove BrandyBee from your Facebook account under Settings → Apps and Websites. This revokes our access at Meta’s end. We will delete related access tokens and Meta-provided data stored by BrandyBee within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or platform policy.

7. Withdrawing a request

If you change your mind, you may withdraw your deletion request before it is finalized by signing in during the restore period where available, or by contacting support@brandybee.ai. Once deletion has been finalized, the data cannot be restored.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, your right to request deletion may be supported by laws such as the following:

  • GDPR for residents of the EEA and the United Kingdom.
  • CCPA / CPRA for California residents.
  • KVKK for residents of Turkey.
